Welcome to Develophunt. By accessing our website, creating an account, or ordering any development service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Quotations & Advance Payments

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Project kickoff requires an agreed advance payment (typically 50% or as specified in your quotation). The remaining due balance must be cleared upon milestone completion or before final code handover.

2. Client Review & Delivery Deadlines

Delivery deadlines are contingent upon prompt client feedback, provision of necessary content assets, and timely milestone approvals. Develophunt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party API dependencies or client-side delays.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon 100% full payment settlement, complete ownership and source code rights of the bespoke software or website are transferred to the client, excluding proprietary open-source libraries or third-party plugins.
