Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Develophunt, we strive to ensure 100% client satisfaction through clear project milestones and transparent communication.

1. Cancellation Before Work Commences

If a service request is cancelled in writing within 24 hours of payment and before any design or development work has commenced, a refund of up to 90% of the advance amount will be processed (10% retained for administrative and payment gateway processing charges).

2. In-Progress Milestone Work

Once design wireframes, code repository setup, or technical architecture work has commenced, payments made for completed and ongoing milestones are non-refundable as engineering hours have already been invested.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source via Razorpay within 7-10 working days.
